When I first walked into the office, the office staff was disinfecting the sign-in table; that was a good impression. It took a long time to get seen if you're a first-time patient. The nurse was great! Doctor came in for my two-year-old's 2-month checkup. I felt rushed. Seemed like he didn't give a thorough check on him. I didn't see him check his soft spots to make sure they were healed correctly. He didn't bring the growth on his ear (which, of course, I forgot to bring up, too). I'm not sure if I'm going to stay with him or not. Baby did like him, so that's the only reason I will be going back. This particular office was not in a nice side of town (I'm new to the area). I think they deal a lot with low-income families because of the other patients and how they dressed/conducted themselves. I will continue to go though and give him a couple more visits before I make my final decision.
