- FireplacesThis Design Build project for the US Navy involved demolition, renovation, and modernization at buildings and facilities surrounding the existing Island Club Swimming Pool which include Building-579, Building-578, Building-523, existing sheds, existing gates, existing trellises, existing children's pool, existing fireplace, existing fencing, existing utilities and etc. Island Club Swimming Pool is located on Rogers Road and is grouped with the Island Club House.

- DemolitionCJW has completed dozens of facilities and infrastructure projects for a multitude of clients, including NASA, USACE, U.S. Navy, as well as local city, state and federal government municipalities. CJW’s facilities experience is extensive, having performed work on design-build and design-bid-build facilities ranging from $39K to over $5M. CJW has experience performing task orders on a number of IDIQ contracts, providing design-build, design-bid-build performance-based construction, demolition, historical renovation, and LEED facilities construction.
- LandscapingCJW’s experience with earthwork and environmental restoration is vast. CJW has performed landscaping and erosion control, ecosystem restoration, dam and reservoir sediment removals and sub-drain extensions, landfills and environmental remediation, channel and creek improvements, environmental restoration and flood control for channel basins, as well as wetlands maintenance and restoration, irrigation, and habitat restoration.
- FencingCJW Construction was awarded this contract to demolish Buildings 3320B and 3320C, which included hazardous abatement and utility location and disconnection. Demolition was performed on the fence, playgrounds, Building 3320B and Building 3320C, and sidewalk areas. Landscaping, fencing and AC paving were included within the area after the facilities were demolished.
- Gate Replacement/Installation
- DrivewaysCJW Construction was contracted by NAVFAC FEAD to Design and Construct a new industrial waste water piping system to consolidate the collection of the hazardous wash-down waterflows from the various shops at this major equipment maintenance facility, and to bypass, close, and abandon the old leaking system. This project included the design and installation of new, upgraded sump pumps and controls, and the construction of a new CPVC piping system, concrete pipe trench, grating, pipe rack, and reconstruction of the concrete driveway paving into the storage area of this facility.
- ExcavationCJW Construction increased the surface water storage capacity of Lake O’Neill by performing maintenance dredging and rehabilitation of the existing recharge ponds 4, 5, 6 and 7 through excavation. We also performed installation of spillway culverts and the construction of new large levees to form new re-charge ponds 6 and 7.
- Retaining WallsAdditional work included extending side drains, construction of v-gutter, hydro-seeding, abandonment of existing wells and construction of 150 utility protection retaining walls. A 1,500 LF waterline was relocated including the blow-off assemblies and fire hydrant. The existing waterline was abandoned, along with the adjacent appurtenances.
- Irrigation SystemsCJW provided demolition, clearing and grubbing, grading and installed an irrigation system for the Riparian Area along 20 acres throughout the Fairview Park Wetlands area.
- Window Installation/Replacement
- GuttersThe Civil work included site grading, roadways and pavement, parking stalls, driveways, and curbs and gutters. Utility connections for water, sewer, natural gas, and electrical were installed to complete the functionality of each maintenance building.
- Residential Roof RepairCJW Construction, Inc. performed work in fully-functioning dental and medical clinics for the upgrades and renovations of roll-up, regular interior, and exterior doors, lobby T-bar demolition, painting and texture-coating walls, removal and installation of bathroom partitions, miscellaneous roof repairs, the construction of a lobby soffit, the removal and installation of all of the medical and storefront windows with glazing that is compliant with ATFP measures, and the construction of a temporary storage facility.

- Residential Pressure WashingThe scope of work included: preparing access route plan, establishment of new routes, access ramps, and staging areas; dewatering, diversion and water control; demolition and disposal of existing concrete, restoration of existing weep holes, protection and pressure washing of all existing grouted stone, construction and placement of reinforced concrete slabs; preparation of spill prevention plan and fire prevention plan.
