About Founded in 1989, SENTRE Partners is a real estate investment and services firm which represents a broad range of interests, from large institutions to individual investors. The name SENTRE (pronounced "sentry") is an acronym for Stewards and ENTrepreneurs of Real Estate, and reflects a common vision of providing superlative service to investors, owners and tenants while remaining at the cutting edge of business and technology. Our company has extensive investment experience in office, R&D, retail and industrial properties. Through various investment structures, SENTRE Partners has acquired and/or developed projects in Southern California and Mexico totaling more than 13 million square feet and with a value in excess of $2 billion. Real estate investments are placed with both institutional and individual investors. As a service provider, SENTRE Partners offers investors a comprehensive spectrum of services that includes property management, landlord and tenant representation, acquisitions and dispositions, asset management, development, and construction management. Today, SENTRE Partners currently manages and/or leases approximately 3.5 million square feet of commercial real estate with a portfolio value of more than $1 billion.
