- FramingThe first construction project undertaken by brothers Mark and Matt O’Malley was probably at about age five, working together in the sandbox with their Lego’s™ and Tonka™ trucks. A bit later, they began preparing foundations and framing elite homes in Hollywood and Los Angeles, literally working their way up from the dirt through the entire house.

- LandscapingMajor remodel of 4,200-square-foot, Mediterranean-style home on two acres. Complete upgrade of all living areas — added two baths, installed Creston Total Home Automation, extensive exterior landscaping, pool enhancement and addition of waterfall.
- SidingMark O’Malley, COO of the firm, adds, “It was personally gratifying to me that we were able to really enhance the beauty of this new custom home with these historic and still very strong timbers that might otherwise have ended up in a landfill somewhere.” Both white oak beams and red elm barn siding, reclaimed from two Wisconsin barns, were used extensively throughout this Spanish-Mediterranean style home to add unmatched warmth and character to the new residence that, to those of a certain age, are reminiscent of Ben Cartwright’s “Ponderosa.”
