I sent friends to our Cabo resort with a guest gift card, which gives them our unit a no cost.... but what happens... they arrive with all the paperwork and are told they must pay $50 per night and are not giving our unit. 4 days and 11 phone calls later I still don't have this matter taken care of... You don't want to know what I think right now.
