Ramona Master, MD, is a board-certified internal medicine doctor. Dr. Master treats adults through the concierge medicine program at UC San Diego Health, where she specializes in preventive medicine and chronic disease management. Concierge Medicine is a primary care option that requires an annual fee and offers enhanced services, extended amenities and 24/7 access.Dr. Master is dedicated to providing outstanding care built on compassion and personalized attention. She enjoys helping her patients achieve excellent health, and the ability to develop long term relationships with them. Dr. Master also strongly believes in the mind-body connection, allowing for her patients to be cared for and understood as a whole.Prior to joining UC San Diego Health, Dr. Master practiced internal medicine and concierge medicine at several Scripps Health hospitals. She completed an internal medicine residency at Stanford University Medical Center and earned her medical degree from Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine. She is board-certified in internal medicine. Dr. Master is an associate of the American College of Physicians.She is consistently elected as a top doctor in San Diego Magazines Physicians of Exceptional Excellence" annual survey.Outside of work, Dr. Master enjoys staying active and healthy through yoga, hiking and walking on the beach.
