PWI provides job training, placement and ongoing support services for adults with developmental disabilities to work in the community. In collaboration with partnerships with more than 350 employers, PWI creates employment opportunities for individuals and meets employers' labor needs. Founded in 1985, PWI serves more than 650 individuals daily.Additionally, PWI is a recognized leader in its field and works to raise awareness, understanding, acceptance and the value of workers with disabilities. The organization is located in San Diego.
