- Employment DiscriminationMs. Crosland is a partner who focuses her practice on employment law and has extensive experience in civil rights litigation, wrongful termination, employment discrimination and sexual harassment in both federal and state courts. She also has expertise in qualified domestic relations orders (QDROs) under ERISA, the Internal Revenue Code and state law.
- Employment ContractMs. Crosland advises clients about the design and operation of personnel policies, employment contracts, QDROs and health care continuation laws (COBRA). She has lectured extensively on employment law issues, COBRA, QDROs and welfare plans. She has been instrumental in developing handbooks on COBRA and QDROs.

Mr. Parker also advises clients on commercial leases, land use and real estate development/investment issues.

- Tax LawMs. Crosland earned her BA with honors from the University of New Mexico, an MA in public administration with honors from California State University, Fresno, and her law degree with honors from the University of San Francisco School of Law where she was Executive Editor of the USF Law Review. From 1984 until February of 1987, Ms. Crosland practiced tax law at Crosby, Heafey, Roach & May (now Reed Smith Crosby Heafey) in Oakland. Ms. Crosland then joined the Employee Benefits Group of Pillsbury Madison & Sutro LLP (now Pillsbury Winthrop), where she practiced until joining this firm in 1992.
