WE'RE MOVING!!!!!08/11/2023Dear Patients ,We are excited to announce that we will be relocating to a new nearby location in the Mercy Medical Building on September 20, 2023 !We value you as a patient and hope you will continue to address all your medical needs with us at our new office, located at 4060 Fourth Ave. Suite 605, San Diego, CA 92103. Our office will continue to provide the best care possible and we will continue to accept the same insurance plans. As an added benefit, labcorp and a pharmacy will be just downstairs from our office. Imaging Healthcare will be just down the street from us. This will be another convenience of our new location.We realize that the change may be difficult but we hope that during our transition you will be able to follow along with us .
