At the Santa Monica Public Library – a LEED Gold award-winning design-build project – Morley improved on the library’s rainwater capture system with an efficient 200,000 gallon underground water storage tank to irrigate the drought-tolerant landscaping. No costly redesign was necessary for this innovation.

• Carpentry
  More than most present day building contractors, Morley “can do the job itself.” We take pride in our ability to self-perform structural and architectural concrete work, which includes forming, pumping, placing and finishing. This skill provides us with significant control over the schedule, cost and quality of a critical operation. In addition, Morley has performed structural excavation and shoring, as well as rough and finished carpentry and trim work. The company owns cranes, forklifts, concrete pumps and booms, and forming and finishing equipment, which are stored and serviced in a modern yard in Montebello, CA.
