EXPANSION OF CONSULTING SERVICES With continued changes in tax regulations, we have expanded our cost segregation analysis and estate planning consulting services. MDS is a "boutique" real estate valuation firm that has seasoned contacts within the commercial real estate investment, brokerage, development, and lending communities. MDS is uniquely positioned to collect, verify, and analyze the latest market data and trends. Unlike most regional/national firms, the team leaders at MDS perform all stages of the valuation process, and do not rely upon data collection or valuation analyses completed by apprentices.
