Dr. Kholodova is a licensed psychologist (PSY25103) who works with adult men and women with a wide variety of concerns. She has been trained in psychodynamic (insight-oriented), cognitive behavioral (skill-based), dialectical behavior (skill-based) and mindfulness-based approaches, and tailors her approach to the needs of each individual client. She provides long and short-term individual and group psychotherapy.
