  Mr. Stephan is a respected member of Klinedinst’s Professional Liability, Employment, and Business and Commercial Litigation practice groups. In addition to representing lawyers and other professionals, he counsels companies of all sizes regarding corporate governance, intellectual property, capital acquisition, contract drafting, strategic management, litigation, and risk management.
• Business Disputes
  Mr. Boldrini receive his J.D. from Loyola Law School in 2020. While attending law school, he clerked at a property management company that had hundreds of properties in its portfolio. He helped their internal counsel in general business disputes, transactions, and corporate compliance. He also received a Mediation Certificate, and met the requirements of the California Dispute Resolution Programs Act. He received his undergraduate degree from California State University, Fullerton. He speaks fluent Portuguese, as well as conversational Spanish.

  Mr. Boldrini represents Klinedinst clients in a variety of matters involving business and general litigation, as well as claims alleging professional malpractice. He comes to the firm with significant experience in all aspects of litigation, having worked at a Los Angeles boutique law firm in matters involving legal and professional malpractice, as well as business litigation. His past experience includes representation of insurance carriers in personal injury actions, fraud investigations, and coverage determinations.
