Jennifer DeConde, MD, is a board-certified internal medicine physician. She provides primary care for adults, including preventive care, and diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic diseases. Dr. DeConde delivers guideline-based care to ensure that all of her patients benefit from individualized, leading-edge preventive medicine techniques. Dr. DeConde completed her residency at the University of California, Los Angeles, where she developed experience coordinating care for patients with complicated medical issues. Following residency, she practiced at a Santa Monica-UCLA outpatient clinic for three years and was involved with medical student and resident supervision and teaching. Dr. DeConde left UCLA to practice medicine at the Portland VA Womens Clinic. Her time at the VA refined her expertise in treating some of the unique challenges women face.
