Eva P. Turk, PhD, is a licensed psychologist who specializes in neuropsychological evaluations of adults with various neurologic and psychiatric conditions such as Parkinsons disease, Alzheimers disease, traumatic brain injury, stroke, depression, and anxiety disorders. Dr. Turk is a team member of UC San Diego Healths https://health.ucsd.edu/specialties/neuro/specialty-programs/movement-disorders/Pages/default.aspx.Her research focuses on understanding cognitive and functional changes in Parkinsons disease and developing interventions for preserving cognitive and day-to-day functioning, and hence quality of life, for individuals with Parkinsons disease.She completed post-doctoral fellowships at UC San Diego School of Medicine and VA San Diego Healthcare System. She earned her doctorate from the San Diego State University/UC San Diego Joint Doctoral Program in Clinical Psychology.
