This was by far one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and enthusiastic about getting you on your bike and on the road. I have nothing but great things to say about the sales staff and the amazingly helpful financing department. Swifty worked with me to make sure I got exactly what I was looking for and Vanessa helped to get me the financing I was looking for. They went above and beyond the call of duty. I'm now a customer of San Diego Harley for life!
Dealt with John over the phone for a few days and came to look at the bike. Everything he said about the bike was true. He knew all the specs and was up to date on everything Harley. I told him what I could afford and they, John and Derek, were able to work with me. Dawn did my paperwork and she was awesome! Everyone had a great, positive attitude and were very friendly. I will be back for my future bikes!! Thanks everyone.
Murray Liaskos is the kind of sales person that I was hoping I would run into when I came to San Diego Harley Davidson. I wanted somebody that new their Job, and could communicate well...(Murray).. I wanted Somebody that new the product...(Murray).. I wanted Somebody that listened to what I was looking for, and could answer my questions clearly, and precisely... (Murray).. Well, this young man did all that and more. By the end of our first meeting he welcomed me into the Harley Davidson family with a 2013 Switchback.
Wow, what a great experience with San Diego Harley. Drove by going to San Diego, stopped, looked around and was impressed with the inventory. Talked to Derrick, told him where I needed to be. Derrick made it happen, said it would be the easiest bike I ever bought. HE WAS RIGHT!!! Excellent staff, right down to the sale associate who helped me with the apparel. Drove a little from Temecula, but was worth the effort. Would highly recommend you to my friend. Thanks Guy's for all your help. As a Store owner myself, I like to treat my customers the way I was treated here.

I have bought three bikes from San Diego Harley, and when I am ready for my next bike, will go back again. My salesman, Mike Moran, is the best salesperson I have ever purchased from. He calls me from time to time, just to check in to make sure I still dig my bike. He has invited me to go on bike rides, he has taken me to Padre games, (he has season tickets), and if I have trouble in service, (only happened once), he goe's to them, irons out the problem, and gets me back on the road. I have serviced my bikes there at least 20 times, and only had one minor problem which, like I said, Mike ironed out for me. Kieren, the service writer is great, and tells me when to expect my bike back, and even makes sure it is clean when I pick it up.New York Myke, the owner, one day just came up and started talking to me like I had known him for years. These people really go the extra mile!
These people would have an attitude if they sold Harley Davidson lawnmowers. Inept AND full of themselves. Six people I know have bought bikes from them. Now not one will return for service or parts. SD Harley will charge for an oil change, never do the oil change, then cop an attitude when you call them on it. They'll rummage through your saddlebags, argue with you about parts or service you don't need, or perform two identical remaps and yes, charge and berate. Try ordering a part- you'll have to call them to see if it has arrived. I thought of telling the owner New York Myke about the comments above, but why bother. He obviously knows whats going on. Try another dealership.
