Too bad there is no negative rating. This would be suiting to this doctor. He is unethical and makes illegal decisions that affect people. He didn't pay a doctor who covered for his practice while he was out of the country on vacation. That goes against the law, and he will be taken to court for that. He will not get away with this. Karma will come back to bite him in the behind.

I have been going to Dr Bortz for over 4 years. I have personal referred over 8 friends to him. What make him different is his personality service and care. Complete different experience. My wife friend drive from OC to see him.
