Contractor Compliance and Monitoring, Inc is a nationally recognized authority on State and Federal Prevailing Wage projects. CCMI is approved by the California Department of Industrial Relations (DIR) as a Third Party Administrator of California mandated Labor Compliance Programs CCMI provides training and consulting services to Cities, Counties, Water Districts, School Districts, Housing Authorities, and Special Districts throughout the country on prevailing wage compliance. CCMI is an authority on Federal Davis Bacon requirements and assists agencies to comply with the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA). The Company also provides seminars, workshops, and training to contractors on prevailing wage obligations. CCMI president, Deborah Wilder, is a nationally recognized speaker on prevailing wages including webinars for Associated General Contractors (AGC), World of Concrete 2010 educational speaker, workshops for Associated Builders and Contractors, and for local Builders Exchanges.
