Capital Real Estate Investments, Inc ( CREI ) was founded in September of 2003 by Randy Rivera who is the President and owner of CREI. With a long standing and successful career with a National Investment Firm, his desire for more personalized client interaction led him to the creation of a niche boutique firm. His vision was to combine traditional brokerage with a finance company, Capital Real Estate Finance, and property management company, Capital Real Estate Management, in order to focus on making investing in retail properties easier for clients.Today, Capital Real Estate Investments, Inc is San Diego's premier retail investment advisory firm specializing in the acquisition, disposition and tax deferred exchange of retail properties throughout the United States.
