The doctors and some of the nurses here are fab, the administration staff horrific! To say that they are incompetent isn't enough. They are lazy, rude, and just plain nasty. Having spoken to a friend who also was being treated here I am not alone in this opinion and/or alone in receiving this kind of horrific 'service'. To give you an idea, they told both myself and a friend to call back after 5.30pm to make an appointment -they close at five. They have not sent me results on more than two occasions two results needed follow up appointments, and yet I had to wait, and I was left waiting for this information. The nurse who called me up to inform me I had a prescription, refused to say what I was being give drugs for?! As much as I like my Dr here, I'm requesting my notes and never looking back.
