As a property investor, I know the importance of good management, so I have assembled and trained a team that makes customer service a top priority and includes 24/7 availability, in-house maintenance services, property inspections, frequent communication with both owners and tenants – free of charge. I also have experience with homeowner associations, as a condominium owner and HOA Board Member and Officer, and we can provide these services as well. We designed our comprehensive services with the small investor in mind. Some of our clients have one investment property – others have dozens. We help meet the needs of our real estate investors by offering a range of services, Property Management, Tenant Acquisition, Executive Concierge Services, HOA (Homeowner Association Management; Condo, TIC), Fiduciary Management, Record Keeping & Financial Report Services, Project Management (with in-house, full time CA licensed General Contractor is able to manage small or large property improvement to enhance rent income), Tenant Eviction Protection Plan, Investment Package, and Relocation to locating a new property for a 1031 exchange or selling your current rental property. My years as a financial executive and advanced education (MBA) give me the experience and knowledge to deliver services that meet the needs of both landlords and tenants.
