      My spouse had to have a tumor ...

      My spouse had to have a tumor removed from his brain and a couple weeks later had to go back to the ICU due to complications - during this time the leasing office decided that our scooter was "dusty" and they TOWED IT. It was parked in the motorcycle parking with a permit on it and they knew what he was going though. When we notified the leasing office (while in the ICU) we spoke with Joquin who was outright rude to us, was completely unapologetic and treated us like we were bothering him. Even now (with my spouse still in the ICU) when I go into the leasing office to pick up packages he treats me rudely. Don't rent here unless you don't mind being treated poorly - zero customer service.
