Great service and very informative everytime I bring 1 of our cars into this auto repair shop. They have earned my trust and business for several years.
I take my Volvo to August European. I find them to be very honest and fairly priced. The free shuttle service makes it very easy to get my car in for service.

I bought a used 2004 E320 Mercedes wagon three years ago at a great price. Being out of warranty, and not knowing that maintenance on this particular year proved to be more than a frequent occurrence, I started to use the dealer, but that proved to be too costly, and the quality of work was not always up to par. I then started to use Express Tire to save money, but that also proved to be many frequent returns to fix the same problem.I found August European on a Mercedes blog that came highly recommended. The first day I visited Brian he put my car on the lift, and we saw what a disaster Express Tire did, so we started replacing a few parts that were either wrong or assembled incorrectly. To make a long story short, Brian, and Dave spent far more time than I was charged for to locate my problem and found it was a bad sway bar bushing.I can not believe the determination and professionalism that these guys had in finding the problem. In other words you know where I am going from now on.

I have taken my Volvo to August European for years. I was always happy with the work and the prices. Brian always did only the work that was required, and did not try to upsell me on lots of unnecessaries to pad the bill. Sadly my Volvo was damaged beyond repair. I have purchased a Honda to replace my Volvo. Now anytime I have the opportunity to recommend August European to another Volvo owner, I am very happy to do so. Tim Botsko

August European is probably the fairest service shop around when it comes to prices and honesty. I've been bringing my cars there for years with no complaints. Highly recommended .
