These units include single-family, residential, multi-family residential and condominium units and 150,000-square feet of commercial space. APM has created strategic business entities that include construction and rehabilitation services, collections and realty advisory services. Its purpose is to expand and diversify the portfolio and holdings of its affiliates through location, product type and product grade. The company prepares and positions a property prior to its sale in order to maximize the sales price. It has licensed real estate brokers on staff capable of assisting in the sales process directly with buyers and through third-party real estate brokers.
