Adamis Pharmaceuticals is a commercial-stage specialty pharmaceutical company targeting allergy, respiratory and pediatric medicine market segments through its Adamis Laboratories division. Adamis Labs is currently preparing for the commercial launch, via its existing sales force, of a pre-filled epinephrine syringe for use in the emergency treatment of extreme acute allergic reactions (anaphylaxis). Adamis Labs has two additional products in the pipeline: an inhaled nasal steroid for the treatment of allergic rhinitis and a metered dose inhaler for asthma and COPD, both projected to launch in 2011. Complimenting the specialty pharmaceuticals division, Adamis research and development division, Adamis Viral Therapies, is involved in the development and commercialization of novel biopharmaceutical vaccines for both preventative and therapeutic treatment of a variety of viral diseases.
