Visiting San Clemente for vacation and decided it give surfing a try. Googled surf shops around the area, and one stood out to me because it didn't have a bad review at all. I also saw that delivery of boards was available. So I called the number on the website and spoke directly to Matt regarding board rentals for the next two days. Matt met us on time at the location and was probably the coolest, most down to earth person I've ever met in California. After receiving the boards, Matt even texted me random things through out the day to see how my surfing adventure was going. Things like "paddle paddle paddle" will forever stand out to me now. His customer service is second to none. And as long as I come to California, I will always be calling Matt for rentals. The guy is a class act and will go that extra mile to keep his customers happy. Great service, great business, and you def have a forever customer from south Texas!!!

i.e., A local favorite, or highly recommended because Just wanted to give a shout out to Matthew Phillips who is running the surf board rentals in San Clemente through Surf Skate Supply My group of three had been wandering San Clemente looking for surf rentals that were WAY over priced and most shops didn't offer wet suit rentals. In a random iPhone search for rentals we can upon Matthew and his rental company where he DELIVERS surf equipment. Yes you heard that right. He DELIVERS and get this... it's free. Free Delivery! Not only did he deliver us some great boards and wetsuits but he did it in less than 10 minutes after we called him. Super nice guy, who is all about providing excellent service and supplies for an awesome day in the waves. I will NEVER rent from another surfboard rental in the San Clemente and neither should you! Matthew really took care of us and it's obvious he loves his job. Keep doing what you're doing Matthew! Many thanks for the fun day.
