they are kind of hit and miss. Often times they seem to "lose" faxes from my doctor... but most of the time they seem ok, Once they had the wrong name on one of my prescriptions. I assume they are about as good/bad as most pharmacies nowadays. At least you don;t have the wait you have at the CVS, Rite Aid places.
