Established in 1985 in San Clemente, Calif., Composite Manufacturing Inc. (CMI) designs, manufactures and distributes carbon fiber products. It has experience in the medical, surgical and imaging marketplace as well as product development and manufacturing expertise in the automotive, aerospace and marine industries. The firm specializes in automated manufacturing processes, mold design expertise and rapid prototyping capabilities, using variety of conventional and exotic materials, including, thermoset, thermoplastics, structural ceramics, titanium and steel. Composite Manufacturing Inc. also designs and manufactures intraoperative neurosurgical accessories and surgical disposables. Some of the products of the company are TenZor, Carbon Fiber and Traction Unit.
