To Dennis Dusso and the Big-O San Clemente Team: We would like to express how deeply grateful we are to you and your entire Big-O San Clemente Team for the work above and beyond the call of duty you performed on our 1999 Ford Explorer; what started with replacing the radiator quickly turned into a nightmare when it became evident the quick-fix sealant I had used to stop the radiator leaks had made its way into other parts; the first flush resulted in a thick black liquid and it didn't look much better after the third flush, new radiator, new hoses, and now a new water pump... I drove past the shop around 8:30pm and there were still three people with their heads under the hood of my car continuing to flush the engine only to continue to receive a black substance in return.
