To Dennis Dusso and the Big-O San Clemente Team: We would like to express how deeply grateful we are to you and your entire Big-O San Clemente Team for the work above and beyond the call of duty you performed on our 1999 Ford Explorer; what started with replacing the radiator quickly turned into a nightmare when it became evident the quick-fix sealant I had used to stop the radiator leaks had made its way into other parts; the first flush resulted in a thick black liquid and it didn't look much better after the third flush, new radiator, new hoses, and now a new water pump... I drove past the shop around 8:30pm and there were still three people with their heads under the hood of my car continuing to flush the engine only to continue to receive a black substance in return. After testing pressure on the head gasket and continuing to take temperature readings on the top and bottom hoses, there was only one option left, the muck had lodged inside the motor and the only way to clean it w
