Don't book with this online agency or their traditional travel agency, Figone travel service. They have absolutely no customer service. I have tried to dispute a charge for weeks and they ignore my phone calls. Their bookings say they include pre-paid gratuities, but they did not pay them and refuse to refund my money or even explain why they will not refund it. I have disputed this with my credit card company, but my advise is turn and run the other way.
