      I have been a charter customer for 15 years here in Charlotte. I have cable TV and use Earthlink for internet through them While I have had outages over the years with internet, it is still up 99% of the time. The only time I have lost TV is during an ice storm. I only pay $41 a month for internet, no one can beat that. Anytime I have had a problem, the customer service has been great and outages are fixed within hours. I would never change to that terrible satellite offering. Keep up the great work charter
