- Wrongful TerminationBefore entering private practice, Jim served as a law clerk for the Honorable John L. Coffey of the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit. He then worked for Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher in Los Angeles as a member of that firm’s Labor Department. Since then, Jim has written and spoken frequently on subjects such as arbitration, wrongful termination and discrimination law.
