took them a few days longer than they said to get our tile but overall I was surprised at how easy they made it. the sales girls will walk around with you for hours and when I couldn't make a decision they offered to come to my home if it would be easier. the only salesMAN there talks way to much but the girls are so helpful.

I had so many questions and these people knew everything. My husband would have ruined everything if we wouldn't have asked some of the questions we did. The people are amazing, the selection is amazing, their knowledge is amazing. Only tile store I will ever shop at. Period.

I completely agree with these reviews. They are so great. They are so knowledgeable and their boss is like a walking encyclopedia. If you need ANY source of information they will be there to provide it for you...even if they don't sell it...they will tell you exactly where to get it and even call ahead and check stock for you. I have never seen such a huge selection in one place. And the sales girls are so great. I would send anyone there in a heartbeat. And I will definitely be doing business there again the next time I have a project.

THIS STORE HAS SUCH A MASSIVE SELECTION AND THE SALES PEOPLE ARE SOME OF THE FRIENDLIEST PEOPLE I HAVE EVER MET IN A RETAIL STORE. I WAS SO INDECISIVE AND THE SALES GIRL WALKED AROUND WITH ME FOR 3 HOURS HELPING ME WITH COLOR AND DESIGN IDEAS FOR MY BATHROOM, KITCHEN AND DINING AREA WHILE KEEPING IT UNDER MY BUDGET. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE WHO WANTS GREAT PRICES, INCREDIBLE SELECTION AND IMPECCABLE SERVICE
