Best Apartments EVER! I've been living here for almost a year now, and i enjoyed every bit of it so far and the leasing office ladies are nicest people in the world they all work very hard LaNay(the manager), if u need anything, she will be the one, and btw she's hilarious when she gets comfortable with u. Jessica(Assistant manager), sometimes she might be little bit "bitchy" or stubborn, but she's cool Jannet(Leasing specialist), she is the open heart for this place, i feel i could talk to her about anything at anytime. she's basically the one u could count on most of the times. and not to forget about the best of all (the maintenance guys) Ben & Effrain and Alfredo. This place is so awesome, and i think it got the best spot, cuz it's just few steps from CSUSB and honestly few steps from anything, like gas, KFC, Carls'jrs, Ralph's, McDonald, ihop, and Starbucks. if u wanna feel just like home, come and check out these apartments u would never regret it in ur life ;) _*

Won't fix anything until place is not liveable and promising to return full deposit and rent for days not lived there in exchange for not reporting them to HA. They have chosen to not honor that promise, and charge me for cleaning and patch-ups.

The office is friendly, but when you have a problem and need to speak with the manager, big problem! We have a roach problem and the manager could care less. She has not returned any of my calls.
