Employees are pathetic!! I have continuously had bad experiences, but keep coming back. Today was the last straw, I wandered the computer section for about 10 min trying to get assistance with no success. I finally waived someone down and asked if I can get assistance in that section, she said sure and just kept walking (I assumed she was going to call someone). No one ever came to my area and I could not find her anywhere. Put everything down and just left the store!

Can't get through to them on the phone

It's unfortunate when you can't get through to people on the phone it seems like the employees are intentionally hang up the phone very dissatisfied
