It is not a challenge to take my Kia to be serviced. Dane who usually helps me is always very helpful and friendly. It surprised me that after my first visit he remembered my name and always welcomes me back by name, It makes it much more personal, not just a drop off. Service is always fast and efficient.

I rate this Kia my favorite because they take care of you. They ask you what you are looking for and they get it. They are friendly and eager to make a sale. They want you as a customer for life. Though they don't always give you the best deal, they want to make you happy and a customer for life. This was my second car I purchased from them. I own a 2012 Kia forte, and I just purchased a Kia Soul for my daughter. She is very happy with the car and so am I. Thanks for the experience. Janice Lecharoen
