Good at knowing all the deductions and getting you the most back. But...prepare for an extended wait and your tax appointment to be continually interrupted by the preparer taking phone calls and discussing and handling other clients returns during your appointment. Don't expect an excuse me or an apology for the interruptions either. They have no concept of your time or giving you personal attention. Not worth the outrageous prices they charge!!
