A few weeks ago my husband took our baby to a previously scheduled appointment he waited with our sick child over an hour after her appointment time. We suspected an ear infection, the doctor looked at her ear and said that we needed to clean the wax out of her ear.. Umm I'm not a doctor and I don't feel comfy cleaning out an 11 month olds ear!! Then I took her yesterday due to high fever... They said I would not see her bc we didn't have the money until today! They would not see her bc we couldn't afford the deductible until the following day... I even offered everything I had in my wallet!! I will not recommend this place to anyone I know... Not even my dog

I have yet to have been seen by such a compassionate doctor! As soon as I walked in, I was immediately assisted by the front desk, and enjoyed the scenery in the building. Noise level was not very high, and I felt more homely in the building. Dr. Batta took his time for my child's check-up and made sure that all my questions were answered. I was very surprised, as I had not received this treatment elsewhere! Very good doctor, recommend for all patients who are struggling to receive attention from their primary pediatricians.
