Very good experience! Dr Jafaar was wonderful. I was in and out very timely. The only complaint I have is the staff that works the front office and answers the phones. The few times I've had to interact with them, they are short and not very friendly. Which is kind of disappointing considering they are usually the first impression of the entire office.

The BEST PA EVER!! Steffany Mock is better than any pcp I've seen in the past 4 years. The office staff and the overall shorthandedness and unprofessionalism is unacceptable. From answering the phones, organizing the flow of communication is nothing short of a joke. It is a reflection of the values, or lack thereof, of the owner of this group. Period. No excuses for this level of disorganization, lack of professionalism or simple lack of caring. Mindboggling when compared to other offices. Leaves one shaking their head.

This guy is BAD A$$!!! He will spend as much time with you as you need until you understand what is going on. Best of all, he tells it like it is, if you need a kick in the pants he will give it to you. Really like the way he talks to you in normal terms, no $5 words with this guy.
