DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH LOUIS ! He lost his temper and told me to get out of his shop when I was trying to explain to him why I had lost confidence in him and was taking my business elsewhere. An independent mechanic stated that Louis' shop had put in the wrong oil in my rear differential. He said it was like water. When I told Louis that the thought had gone through my mind that this may have been done deliberately to hasten the failure of the rear differential, he cut off the conversation, got angry, walked away and said I needed to leave his shop. I never accused him of doing that. But he did try to charge me $2700 for a rebuilt rear differential that I had rebuilt by another shop for $1430. I refused his offer. He also said 1) they could not rebuild my differential 2) they could not only replace the 2 clutches and 3) that everything in the differential was fine except for the 2 clutches. Two independent mechanics told me that the differential could be rebuilt, the 2 clutches could be replaced without replacing anything else, and the whine was due to the ring and pinion gears wearing out. Louis said the gears were fine. DO NOT TRUST LOUIS! HIS TRUE CHARACTER HAS COME OUT! HE COULDN'T EVEN TALK TO ME IN A CIVIL FASHION MAN TO MAN WITHOUT LOSING HIS TEMPER AND TELLING ME TO GET OUT !!

TO ALL THOSE THAT TAKE THEIR CAR HERE...DONT DO IT...TAKE IT TO A DEALER.I took my grand am here to get the under carriage fixed. This place found all kinds of problems that didnt exist. They went out of their way to insure that there was problems. They even said that the air conditioner was broken even though it worked before we took it there and worked when we dropped it off. They intentionally said it was broke. We took the vehical to another shop and guess what....they filled it with freon and it works fine.....To All comsumers...Dont take your vehical here...save youself money and take it to the dealer.
