Awful to deal with. They lost 2 of my payments. The bank claimed it was the postoffice, but 2 payments in a row? When all other checks mailed at the same time went thru with no problems? Yeah right. It took me 2 months to get that mess straighened out and I had to pay the stop payment on my checks. They would not reimburse me. Next they repossessed my car! over a payment they say was missed six months prior. I never recieved a call or a letter. They just showed up one night and took it. Turns out, they posted the payment to the wrong account! Again, back to the bank, argue, argue, argue. Then I had to get my checking account bank on the phone, have a teller image the check, and fax the check to USAFCU. Oops...their mistake. They actually wanted me to drive over to the impound lot and pick up my car! I told them they could bring it back. The list just goes on and on. You cannot pay by phone. The last time I tried to go on line it was a mess! RUN..DO not use this bank!!!!!!
