I live south of Castroville and a box was - according to the notice I received today -delivered to my front door. Apparently according to UPS my front door is my garbage can down at the street. This happens regularly. Please UPS - If you are going to deliver packages to my garbage can be honest and say so.

Broken promises and terrible customer service. Paid for overnight delivery. Tracking showed it was on the truck for delivery. When I finally spoke to a rep at 9 pm I was told they forgot to put it on the truck. I was promised a call back first thing the next morning. They didn't call and didn't answer emails. Rep this morning said I had to speak to the "office", but they don't have a direct number. The rep emails the "office" and ask them to call me. Bottom line, they will bring the package when they feel like it.

UPS has the absolute worst delivery success possible. Customer service is even worse. Wish more companies would switch to FedEx as they have a MUCH BETTER on time delivery record. Thanks UPS for nothing again!

Total waste of time. The UPS 1-800 number said I could go pick up my package there and once at the facility they're unable to find my package or get it off a truck, despite that it's tracked to the facility and not on a truck yet.

Do not waste your time trying to talk to customer service!!! All you will get is very confused and a lot of double talk. When I buy something in the future I will ask for FED-X for shipping.

Terrible service. They returned my package for NO reason. They said the apartment number was not on the label and it CLEARLY was. When I called the 800 number they had this location call me and mid sentance they HUNG UP ON ME! Terrible service but they don't care.

Two ten, six hundred sixty one, and sixteen seventy four is the HUB phone number. They try to keep it secret and the 800 number customer service people will tell you they don't have it... which is a LIE. UPS has lost a very important package and they really couldn't care less... how they've negatively affected my business.
