Provided by YP.comAlways Great Service. I've had a few dealings with them. They are always friendly and helpful. My first visit was for an electrical problem the selling dealer couldn't figure out. It took two minutes to find a blown fuse and replace it.
Had an accident in my 26 foot travel trailer back in 2007. GEICO did not have a trailer adjuster and told me to take it to an RV service company. A friend of mine recommended Texas RV Supply. Tony did a thorough inspection of my trailer and in the end, GEICO totalled it out. I asked Tony what I owed him and he said nothing, it was part of his business!! I do my supply/parts shopping with them now when I am here at home in Schertz Tx. I used the totalled out check to pay down on and purchase a newJAYCO G2 BH20.

Had an issue with refrigerator in my 5th wheel. Took it over and the service manager had a tech take a look - blown fuse. Only charged me for the cost of the fuse - other RV places would have billed for their time and maybe not have been as honest as these folks. Highly recommended.

Great experience for my first time. They got me in fixed up and ready to go in 10 minutes. Other places wouldn't even take the time to diagnose a simple problem even though all said it was simple. Bought some parts that I have been having trouble finding as well. courteous and friendly staff. I have already alerted family in the are and know they will be happy with what Texas RV Supply has to offer.
I've been taking my 01 Discovery to Texas RV Supply for about three years and have never had a bad experience. Tony, the Service Manager, is attentitive to your explaination and is very knowledgeable and responsive. Unlike some shops I've taken the unit to, I have never felt I got "ripped off". On the single occasion they didn't fix the problem on the first visit (a leak in the slide out) they took extra measures the second time to ensure a lasting fix, and didn't charge me for it. They have also worked on the drive shaft disconnect for my Expedtion and did an excellent job. I recommend this place to all our RV'ing friends.
I own a 38 FT. Damon Intruder and live in it full time. Texas RV repaired a bedroom slide leek at a vary good price. About two weeks later, it leaked again. Brought it back, they removed the entire top, resealed it and didn't charge me for the re-repair. Not even supply's. No Charge. They stand behind every repair they do. Since then, I have had them do other repairs, and still find there prices much better than estimates I have received from "other" RV repair centers. I have also recommended them to other motor home owners and have never herd anything "bad" about Texas RV from any of them. When I do have problem with my motor home, I do not hesitate to take it to them. When you do have a needed repair, just ask for Tony.Jim Munro.
