I purchased a groupon, thought I was getting a deal. I was wrong, the toner used made it appear that my hair was done right but when it faded a week later it wasn't. I tried to contact her to let her know I wouldn't be back because she is the one that stated that a good hairdresser wants to know if they don't do a good job. She rudely responded to my email, telling me that don't tip if you don't like it. Well the reality is, you don't know until the toner fades, and the fact I wasted the money and she is rude was enough to know I made the right choice in not going back. I also notified groupon who apologized for her rude response (I sent them the email). Very disappointed and won't go back, not worth the money and had she been polite I would have understood that hairdressers have off days. But she will learn that hairdressers are everywhere and the only successful ones, are the ones that are good to their clients.
