Stonebrook is not a welcoming place to leave your love one. Most of the staff is not friendly at all to the patient or family members. Only the weekend nurse was very compassionate towards my family member. He was a true angel and the only good thing at this location. The staff is always making excuse for every fault that occured...NO OWNERSHIP. The restrooms are not sanitary, the bedrooms are not clean, beds are not changed thoroughly, The bed would still be soiled. I would not recommend this location to my worst enemy. I am sorry that I had my love one in this facility. A Care Center should be a place you feel comfortable to leave your love one at, not always wondering if they are safe. Most of the personnel at this location only cared about receiving a paycheck rather caring for a human being..
