Bought 4 new trailer tires and had them installed. 7 months later, and 1st time to use after tires installed, all the valve stems had cracked, one completely releasing all the air. Appeared valve stems had not been replaced with the new tires. When I called and spoke to a manager he confirmed they only inspect the stems and not atomically replace with new tires. He said they could take care of it, but would have a charge for doing. If I'm going to pay for something that should have been done with the tires, I might as well take it to a tire shop that knows what they are doing.

The Internet rate and counter rate is about 25 percent diffrent

Poor business to deal with on-line. Overcharge on shipping, send items ordered on same day, at same time on different trucks. Caused items to arrive 4 days apart, which caused the equipment to be down an additional week. Call to check on the order and they treated the customer very poorly. Go somewhere else to get your equipment needs.
