They are very professional and courteous. The prices are very reasonable

This Optical Office is ok. the main eye doc is old and usually lets his receptionist do the talking for him,the # times I have gone he seemed to be hiding in the back. the other eye doctors are really nice though but the receptionist sometimes act like they hate their jobs and can be quite clueless especially about handling credit card payments. one receptionist filed my sons wrong and it was the last of the money i had in there so when she cancelled it and tried to run it through again it declined and she said to call my credit card copany,and even they were like why would she let it go through and then cancel it then try to do it again,so when she asked the old eye doc he just shrugged his shoulders. so i could not get my sons contacts that day and had to wait 19-14 business days for the amount of money to show back in my card...needless to say i was kinda ticked off
