This store is an embarrassment to its brand because it is so messy. I love the products, but it is obvious that the management does not have much pride in their store.

I have NEVER seen a store this messy and disorganized. There was clothing in piles on the floor in every department I went through. The shoes were in total disarray, I don't know how anyone could find a style or a size. None of the clothing that was on the racks was organized by type, size, or even style, and the clothing on the shelves was all mixed up in unfolded piles. The lines to check out were long, and the checker was slow and disinterested, more concerned with chatting with her coworkers than serving the customers. This is the third time I have been in this store, and the experience was bad the first two times, but this time it was unbelievable. I was not the only customer complaining. I will NEVER shop at this store again.
