DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!!! I prebooked and prepaid for a round trip transfer from airport to hotel. Once I landed in San Antonio I had to stand in line of probably 50 people to get a ticket then another line to get a shuttle. No advantage of on line reservations, When called company, they had NO suggestions but would not refund my money and let me just take a taxi. Even though I had reservations for return trip, I still had to call 24 hours to arrange pick up. The directions on website are incorrect.
