Can't tell you how disappointed I am Ronnfeldt Engineering. I called Ronnfeldt Engineering 9 times and my Seller called them 3 times over a period of two weeks and they never returned our call to simply make a street name amendment. It would have taken two minutes to make the amendment. Other Survey companies will not touch it because they didn't do the survey. As a result we had to have an emergency Survey done and it cost my client $2,100.00. There are way too many other reputable Survey companies in San Antonio than to use these very unprofessional people. If I could give lower ratings I would. In my 32 years of customer service, this ranks right at the top.
